Exercising

Doing exercise is important for every one to have healthy life.If  you want to have strong and a good body you need doing exercise every day.Such as walking for 20 minutes ,going for a swim ,playing active games like tennis or doing aerobic exercise.Specially when you living a big city you need more activism to keep fit your body.However exercise make you strong , healthy ,happy and young.
